All signers must have their ID, no exceptions. Acceptable forms of ID include:
State Issued Driver’s License
United States Passport
Foreign Passport (must be stamped)
Military ID Card, CAC, and Dependent IDs Form 1173
ID must have the following information:
Be current or issued within the past five years
Have a photo and physical description of signer
Have the signature of signer
Must have a serial or other identifying number
If foreign passport must be stamped by the USCIS
If you are a minor, you must provide the same credentials as an adult to be properly identified.
Signer must have their paperwork ready for the appointment. The notary does not provide documents.
