Planning and Pricing

To begin the couple and Officiant schedule a meet and greet.

The Officiant offers a simple Civil ceremony with standard vows or you may say your own. The Couple will pick one of the 3 packages. Then book date and time the ceremony will take place.

Marriage License

The Couple must present their current personal identification to be entered into the Notary's book. The Couple must present their wedding license at the time of the ceremony and it must be less than 30 days old from a county within the State of Tennessee.

Legality of Marriage

The Officiant warrants that she is legally allowed to perform weddings in the state of Tennessee as a notary public per Senate bill 509.

Section 1: Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 36-3-301(a), is amended by deleting the language “and the mayor of any municipality in this state” and substituting “notaries public, and the mayor of any municipality in this state.” Signed into law 4/28/2021.
