Jillian Sandifer, the founder of Tipton Notary, established in 2022. With a commission valid until 2026 and backed by $100,000 in Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance, Jillian specialize in handling sensitive documents containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Based in Tennessee, Jillian holds dual licensure as a Notary Public and Remote Online Notary, offering a comprehensive suite of services including document verification, official witnessing, and meticulous clerical duties. Jillian prioritizes compliance with both state and federal regulations, ensuring every transaction meets the highest standards of legality and confidentiality.

Certified by the National Notary Association as a Loan Signing Agent, Jillian brings a wealth of experience in facilitating smooth and secure real estate transactions. Beyond her role at Tipton Notary, Jillian is a dedicated full-time real estate professional with Keller Williams Reality out of Memphis, TN. Guiding clients through the journey of homeownership, Jillian is passionate about helping individuals achieve their dreams of owning their own home.

In addition to Jillian's professional endeavors, Jillian is also a wedding officiant specializing in working with couples who prefer privacy, are introverted, or simply desire an intimate ceremony with a small guest count. Jillian understands the importance of crafting a meaningful and personalized ceremony tailored to the unique preferences and personalities of each couple. 

Outside of work, Jillian is deeply involved in the community. Jillian has an outgoing presence at volunteering events such as Tipton Day with Gateway Baptist Church and Red Day with Keller Williams Realty. Additionally, Jillian find joy in coaching youth sports in both Atoka and Munford, TN, towns just outside Memphis. These activities not only enrich her life but also allow her to contribute positively to the lives of those around her.
